This 2 DAYS VIRTUAL CERTIFICATION COURSE is designed for coaches, HR and development professionals looking to become certified assessors of Emotional Intelligence through the EQ-I 2.0 & EQ 360 Assessments.

The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0®) is the world’s leading assessment tool used for assessing emotional and social intelligence and an excellent way to understand the emotional competencies of an individual.

During this certification course, you will:

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the 15 emotional intelligence competencies and the EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360 assessments.

• Become familiar with the ethical and responsible use of EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360

• Gain experience in EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360 interpretation and feedback

• Learn strategies for coaching others using the EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360 in workplace settings.

Upon successful completion of the certification workshop, participants become eligible to purchase and administer both the EQ-i 2.0 and the EQ 360 and will receive a certificate from the EQ-i test publisher, MHS.

The certification course includes:

• Your own Emotional Quotient Assessment (EQ-i 2.0 Workplace Report or Leadership report)

• A personalized 90 minute online debrief/coaching meeting on your assessment results. This meeting is conducted prior to the certification course and administered online

• Course pre-work on Emotional Intelligence – 3 eLearning Modules

• Post course online exam

• Participant Guide & Sample EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360 Reports for training

• EQ-I 2.0/EQ360 user handbook

• A Certificate authorizing your eligibility to purchase and administer the EQ-I 2.0/EQ360

• FREE MHS Online Account to administer and score EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360 assessments.
