Independent HR Consultant?

Due to growing demand in our HR consulting portfolio, LeedHR is expanding its bench of independent HR consultants to support clients across two distinct areas.

This is contract work, project‑based and client‑facing collaboration.

HR Generalist Consultants

We’re looking for experienced HR professionals who can step in quickly and confidently to support day‑to‑day people operations, including:

🔸Building and advising on onboarding and offboarding processes
🔸Partnering with TA and hiring managers to ensure employee transitions
🔸Conducting exit interviews and identifying turnover trends
🔸Supporting core HR cycles such as goal setting, talent calibration, and succession documentation
🔸Providing day‑to‑day manager coaching (feedback conversations, conflict, corrective action, team dynamics)
🔸Drafting and updating HR policies, preparing FAQs, delivering manager briefings, and ensuring consistent application

Senior Strategic HR Consultants

We’re also seeking senior‑level, independent HR advisors (10–15 years experience) who partner with clients on higher‑impact, strategic work such as:

🔹Strategic workforce planning aligned to business goals
🔹Advising on complex employee relations and conflict resolution
🔹Organizational development and change management, including org design and transformation
🔹Leadership coaching for Directors, VPs, and senior leaders
🔹Applying data and insight through HR analytics to inform decisions
