ABOUT THIS EVENT:

Because emotional intelligence covers fifteen (15) emotional competencies, this 2-day certification course is designed to help your organization maximize the benefits of the EQ-i 2.0 ® and EQ 360 2.0 ® - an instrument that offers valuable insights into an individual’s emotional and social skills.
With the help of our master trainers, you and or your team will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to harness the power of EQ-i, for selecting and cultivating leaders and empowering your business in areas such as:
Employee selection, organizational transformation and change.
Team optimization, leadership development and executive coaching.
Upon successful completion of the certification workshop, participants become eligible to purchase and administer both the EQ-i 2.0 and the EQ 360 and will receive a certificate from the EQ-i test publisher, MHS.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Define what it is, understand its importance, master its critical components and the science behind it.
ASSESSMENTS
Learn how to administer and conduct assessments.
Develop the skills to interpret and confidently lead effective debriefs - including data on the tool’s validity and reliability.
Recognize and navigate the EQ-i 2.0 | EQ360 ethical aspects.

Access to online e-learning platform (to complete pre-work and final exam).
Your own assessment with personalized leadership report, and a debrief session with one of our expert coach.
POST-CERTIFICATION
A certificate to administer EQ-i 2.0 | EQ 360 assessments (with an account and ready-to-use tokens to generate reports).
Two (2) practice sessions (60 minutes each) to exercise and hone your new skills.
Ongoing support from LeedHR, and access to resources.
