JOIN OUR TEAM: Project Coordinator ( PART-TIME)

Position Overview
LeedHR is seeking a Part-Time Project Coordinator (9–12 hours per week) to support our internal team and client projects. This role is central to keeping our programs and workshops running smoothly, from scheduling and reporting to client support and documentation management. The coordinator will work closely with our Project Lead and team, ensuring timelines are met, details are managed, and our clients receive an excellent experience. This is a remote role with occasional in-person meetings in downtown coworking space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and support our client and participant programs

  • Launch assessment invites, create reports, send debrief invites, track attendance, and prepare printing requirement documents

  • Support project schedules by making updates, communicating timelines, following up on outstanding tasks, and managing pre-work and post-workshop surveys

  • Schedule meetings with internal groups and external clients, managing logistics for assessments, group workshops, and coworking space

  • Maintain our SharePoint Online site to ensure documentation is controlled, organized, and accessible

  • Manage advertising and promotion for workshops and certification courses (Zoom, Eventbrite, website, MHS, speaker bureau, etc.)

  • Monitor RFP sites for sales opportunities

  • Support additional internal and external projects as needed

Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 2+ years’ experience as an Administrative Coordinator or in client service/project coordination

  • Is available 9–12 hours per week (remote with occasional in-person meetings downtown)

  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Communicates clearly and with warmth in both written and verbal interactions (bilingualism is an asset)

  • Is collaborative and enjoys working as part of a team while being comfortable working independently

  • Brings strong proficiency with MS365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)

  • Has a process-driven mindset and can coordinate others to keep projects on track
