JOIN OUR TEAM: Assessment & Workshop Facilitator

Position Overview
We are seeking an Assessment & Workshop Facilitator to help deliver high-impact leadership development experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong emotional intelligence, curiosity, and the ability to guide powerful learning conversations—without needing to be the loudest voice in the room.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessment debriefs

  • Facilitate engaging leadership workshops and certification programs

  • Support coaching conversations on an ad-hoc or ongoing basis

  • Contribute to program design and content development

  • Support sales initiatives related to programs

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the learning experience

Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 4-6 years of experience in similar role.

  • Is available up to 30 hours per week

  • Embraces a facilitative approach, leading with questions and reflection

  • Communicates with clarity, warmth, and intellectual curiosity

  • Understands the realities and language of leadership

  • Is comfortable facilitating both in-person and virtually

  • Maintains a grounded and positive energy under pressure

  • Is based in or near the Greater Toronto Area

  • Has experience working with psychometric assessments and 360-degree feedback tools

  • Brings professional presence and can connect with diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience facilitating leadership workshops or coaching individuals/teams

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, or leadership frameworks

  • Certification in EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 is a strong asset (but not required)
